Tapping into blue growth: the way forward for European aquaculture
This event will highlight the progress made over the last years and further actions needed in developing a sustainable aquaculture sector in the EU. It will take stock of Member States' Multiannual Strategic Plans for Aquaculture and of the first results of best practice exchange seminars. It will showcase successful aquaculture business practices. It will provide a platform for industry, stakeholders and Member States to put forward concrete suggestions on what more needs to be done. We will also have the pleasure to announce the launch of "EU Aquaculture online" at this event.
The Conference will be held on 24th May 2016 in Brussels, and will be open to Member States representatives, Regional Authorities and other stakeholders.
