We are pleased to welcome AE2009 delegates to the Welcome Reception and the President's Reception.

The AE2009 Welcome Reception will take place on Friday, August 14 from 19h30 to 21h00 at the famous Archbishops' Palace, just behind the Nidaros Cathedral in the centre of Trondheim.
	The AE2009 President's Reception will take place on Sunday, August 16 from 19h30 to 22h00 at the Rica Nidelven Hotel.

We are fortunate and honoured to welcome you to the Archbishops palace (www.nidarosdomen.no/english/archbishopspalace/) - one of Trondheim"'s most famous cultural and historical buildings. The palace is situated in the centre of Trondheim. From the main square (with the statue of St. Olav), follow the street leading to the cathedral (Munkegata). Going through the park to the other side of the Nidaros cathedral, you will find the entrance of the Archbishops palace. It can also be reached from the riverside, crossing the Marinen park.

Location of AE2009 President's Reception
Rica Nidelven hotel (www.rica-hotels.com/Templates/pages/Hotel.aspx?id=7002), situated along the Nidelven river, near the railway station. From the main square, go along Kongensgate to the pedestrian street (Nordre gate), follow this road until Olav Tryggvasons gate where you turn to the right, then follow Kjøpmannsgate across the bridge until the hotel.
